Years ago, my wife arranged for me to travel to California to take a 4 day seminar from Martin Taylor. His approach to jazz arrangement is based on using 7ths and 10ths to define the chords, then adding an interesting melody line. We spent a lot of money on the airline tickets and the seminar, and I got some good info, but this course from you is what I was really looking for.

Jared, 50 years ago, I worked through A Modern Method for Guitar by William Leavitt (Berklee Press). The end result was very similar to what you are playing. But his "method" wasn't nearly as methodical as yours. I learned a lot of etudes. A little bit rubbed off and became part of my vocab. But most of it was just playing by rote. I think your method is brilliant.
