💬 LESSON DESCRIPTION:

I love getting lesson requests, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever have ideas or suggestions for lessons that you’d like to see.

This week’s lesson was requested a few weeks ago, and I’m excited to share it with you.

Tapping on the guitar is thought of as something exclusively reserved for metal or rock, but you can use it in any style if you get creative with it.

In this video, I break down my favorite guitar tapping exercise into a series of manageable baby steps (my favorite is #5).

In the last step, I demonstrate tapping to play little fills while improvising.

I think it’s pretty fun!

Whether this is the first or the fiftieth guitar tapping exercise that you’ve worked on, I think you’ll enjoy this one.

Thanks for watching!

Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week,

~ Jared
